License Management Guide for LightBurn

Overview License Management Guide

LightBurn’s license management system includes a web portal that allows users to manage activations, deactivate unused devices, and process offline activations. Access to this portal is available to customers who purchased their license directly from LightBurn. Third-party purchasers can contact support to associate their license key with an email address.

To manage your license, follow these steps:

  1. Visit LightBurn License Portal.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your license key and click Recover Password.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link from Cryptlex.
  5. Reset your password, then log in to the portal.

Note:

  • Check Spam or Promotions folders if you don’t receive the email.
  • If the email doesn’t arrive, your provider may be blocking it. Contact LightBurn support at support@lightburnsoftware.com to reassign your license to a different email address, preferably a Gmail account.
