How to Print or Export Your Workspace Content

The Print feature in LightBurn lets you print the current contents of your Workspace directly through your computer's print dialog. • Go to File → Print (Black Only) to print in black and white.
    • Go to File → Print (Keep Colors) to retain the design’s colors.
  2. Select a Print Option:

    • Use your computer’s print dialog to choose a printer or a PDF export option (such as "Print to PDF" on Windows).

Page Size Warning

  • Page Size Control:
The page size is determined by the print dialog, not by LightBurn.
  • Scaling:
If your design exceeds the selected paper size, it will automatically be scaled to fit.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  1. Design Printing Too Small:

    • Verify the paper size selected in your print dialog matches your design’s dimensions.
  2. Printer-Specific Problems:

    • If issues persist, they are likely related to your printer or computer settings.
    • Consult your printer’s customer support resources for assistance.

Tips

  • PDF Creation: Most modern systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) offer built-in PDF creation tools. Select "Print to PDF" or similar in your print dialog to export your design as a PDF file.
  • Workspace Check: Preview your design in LightBurn before printing to ensure it meets your expectations.
