Manage Object Visibility and Arrangement in Your Workspace
What is Draw Order?
The draw order is an internal list that determines the stacking of objects in your Workspace. By default, objects are stacked in the order they were created or added:
- The last object added is at the top of the stack.
- The first object added is at the bottom.
The Push in Draw Order tools allow you to change this order, which is especially helpful when working with overlapping vector graphics and images.
Why Use Push Tools?
When vector graphics are hidden behind images, they can be difficult to select or manipulate. Use the Push tools to adjust their order and bring them into view.
Note:
- The display order is affected in Wireframe mode only.
- In Filled rendering mode, the display order always matches the layer order.

Multiple Selections:
- When multiple objects are selected, they move as a group while maintaining their relative positions.
- For example, if the third and fourth objects in the draw order are moved to the front, they become the first and second objects.
Practical Tips
- Use the Wireframe Mode to easily see and manage the draw order.
- For complex arrangements, group objects first to maintain their relationships before adjusting their position in the draw order.
